Through our experience and reputation, we have negotiated extremely favourable rates for accommodation, golf playing fees and excursions which allows us to be competitive with any direct booking which might be made via the internet for instance.
In southern Africa we are personally involved with the destination management and for our worldwide products we use well established professionals in each country who have been personally selected by us.
Our History
Golf Gourmet grew from pioneering golf vacations to Southern Africa in 1988 to an international golf tour operator offering golfing holidays worldwide.
Our CEO Patrick Barta led the way for golf holidays in South Africa. During the past three decades, he has travelled to all corners of the world playing great golf courses, experiencing the cultures, adventures and cuisine of many wonderful countries and destinations.
Golf Gourmet uses fellow members of IAGTO, the Global Golf Tourism Organisation, to look after our valued clients throughout the world and thereby ensuring the service of well-established professionals.
